Witchcraft, Magic or Anti Gravity Phenomenon?

While in Machakos, Kenya we learned of Kituluni Hill.  A place where water will drift uphill.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a few locals that demonstrated the unexplainable gravitational pull by pouring a bucket of water downhill and within seconds the puddle of water made its way uphill!
